Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Bites

 

1 Cup Cooked Quinoa

1 Cup Dry Wheat Free Quick Oats

3 Egg whites

1 Apple Shredded

1/2 Banana

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Tbs Maple Syrup

1 Tbs Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Blend together and bake in muffin tin for 20 - 30 Min on 350
